Meet Happy.

We have a puppy! A cutey bouncy shoe eating puppy! Her name is Feliz (happy in spanish) 'cause she comes
from Rosarita, Mexico. Round here they call that a Baja Special. She has a very long tail and wonky ears.
This is a picture of her on her afternoon run, she is searching for squirrels.

But it is kinda fun. I've been playing a bit with type and watercolor. Being new to a city is daunting,
and a little lonely at first. So I spend a bit of time these days drawing. I'm also attending a watercolor
class at a local art school. As you can imagine I'm a wee bit of an anomaly in my class of over 50's ladies,
but it's a good opportunity to learn some new tricks. I like new tricks.

Super Duper

It's been busy round here lately. Lot's going on with much to show, but not just yet.
It's Top Secret. So, in the meantime here's (another) man in pants to gawk at. He kinda
sums up how I feel today.  Super.

I don't know Emilia personally, but I do know she's a very talented fashion designer, based in London. So when I was asked to whip up a little somethin' somethin' for her bridal shower I wanted to take the pacific island theme and concentrate on the clothing side of it. This is where it ended up - not really polynesian and not totally fashion. It's just fun. Oh, and you can check out Emilia's covetous dresses and such here. . Delicious.
